Thunderbolts* Review

I was able to catch an advanced screening of Marvel’s next entry into the MCU, Thunderbolts*. Having seen high praise from people who were able to catch the London & LA premieres, I was pretty hyped to see this movie.

Thunderbolts* was a different vibe from the rest of the other movies that have recently come out for Marvel in my opinion. It had action, drama, and comedy. It also had a lot of emotion throughout as we see relationships between family, friends, and enemies unfold.

I thought it was a really good movie and it kept me invested the entire time. Florence Pugh is amazing, David Harbour is hilarious, and Lewis Pullman is fantastic with his introduction and performance. I think for me it felt like a separate movie but was still tied to the MCU but they didn’t push too hard into letting you know its still connected which was great.
